I did something totally daring and spontaneous today. I went for a walk in the rain. Shocking, I know.

Although I consider daily walks a significant, soul-cleansing part of my life, I tend not to bother when there’s rain outside. Ruined hair, wet shoes, it just never seems worth it? My soul-cleansing can wait.

Or so I thought. Turns out, the world is still pretty awesome looking when soggy. In particular, I really enjoyed the reflections the trees made in the puddles along the street. Trees already look barren and kind of eerie all winter anyways, but seeing them upside down and reflected made them just that much better. Check out the mini-gallery below!

Ah, the joys of being a reformed rain-walker.
